Job Summary

We are searching for charismatic, highly skilled retail professionals to step into the role of Team Lead. You will work alongside associates on the floor, setting the standard for customer service, checkout speed, and merchandising precision. You will act as a mentor to new hires and a dependable right hand to the supervisory team.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Peer Mentorship: Shadow and train new associates, demonstrating best practices for customer engagement, folding techniques, and POS operation.
• Pacing & Motivation: Keep the energy high during busy shifts, encouraging the team to hit hourly sales and loyalty sign-up goals.
• Floor Execution: Take the lead on complex merchandising tasks, ensuring that seasonal tables and focal walls are styled to perfection.
• Management Support: Assist supervisors with daily operational checklists, communicating stock needs and associate feedback up the chain of command.
