Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, data-driven leader for the role of Retail Operations Manager. Working in tandem with the Store Manager, you will hold total accountability for the store's inventory accuracy, payroll budgets, freight processing speed, and facility maintenance. You will lead a large team of stock and administrative supervisors to ensure flawless execution.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Logistics Mastery: Oversee the intake and processing of thousands of units of daily freight, ensuring the backroom operates with warehouse-level efficiency and safety.
• Financial & Labor Strategy: Strictly manage the weekly payroll budget, optimizing labor schedules based on foot traffic forecasts and historical sales data.
• Asset Protection & Auditing: Implement rigorous loss prevention strategies, conduct systemic cycle counts via RFID, and manage the cash office to reduce overall shrink.
• Omnichannel Execution: Direct the store’s fulfillment operations, ensuring Ship-From-Store and Buy-Online-Pickup-In-Store metrics exceed corporate standards.
• Facility Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for cleaning, HVAC, and fixture maintenance to protect the physical integrity of the store.
