Job Summary
We are seeking analytical, creatively minded professionals for the role of Merchandiser. In this capacity, you will interpret corporate planograms, adapt them to the unique footprint of your specific store, and analyze sell-through reports to adjust product placement dynamically on the fly.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Strategic Placement: Analyze daily sales reports to identify slow-moving items and reposition them to high-traffic focal areas to drive sell-through.
- Planogram Adaptation: Take corporate visual directives and scale them to fit the store's specific fixture inventory and square footage.
- Cross-Merchandising: Pair apparel with high-margin accessories and footwear on nested tables to increase the average unit retail (AUR) per transaction.
- Vendor & Freight Coordination: Work closely with the stock team to ensure that incoming priority freight is pushed directly to feature walls rather than backroom storage.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
