Job Summary
We are actively seeking detail-oriented individuals to serve as Asset Protection Associates. In this role, you will monitor the sales floor, support inventory control initiatives, and act as a visual deterrent to external theft. You will work closely with store leadership to ensure that all safety and security protocols are strictly followed day in and day out.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Floor Surveillance: Conduct continuous, highly visible patrols of the sales floor and fitting room areas to deter shoplifting and ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and aisles to ensure the store remains compliant with local safety and fire regulations.
- Incident Support: Assist management in documenting security incidents, maintaining accurate logs of recovered merchandise, and writing detailed, objective incident reports.
- Operational Audits: Support the operations team by conducting routine checks on electronic article surveillance (EAS) tags, high-theft merchandise displays, and cash wrap procedures.
