Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, solutions-oriented individuals to take on the role of Retail Supervisor. You will lead by example, directing associate workflows, driving hourly sales goals, and maintaining the flawless visual standards of the store. This role serves as a crucial stepping stone into upper management, providing hands-on experience in total store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Floor Leadership: Direct associate zone coverage, ensuring high-traffic areas are adequately staffed and the team remains motivated throughout the shift.
• Customer Escalation: Act as the primary manager on duty for customer service inquiries, processing complex returns, and ensuring total shopper satisfaction.
• Operational Standards: Conduct routine floor walks to verify that visual merchandising guidelines are met and that fitting rooms remain clear and organized.
• Opening & Closing: Perform keyholder duties, including arming/disarming the building, balancing cash drawers, and preparing the store for successful daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
