Job Summary
We are seeking incredibly outgoing, empathetic individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Associates. You will float between high-engagement zones—like the entrance, the fitting rooms, and the service desk—providing exceptional hospitality, managing fitting room flow, and answering style questions with enthusiasm.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Fitting Room Hospitality: Manage the fitting room queue, clear out abandoned garments swiftly, and offer genuine compliments and sizing assistance to shoppers trying on clothes.
- Store Greeting: Stand at the forefront of the store, welcoming guests, handing out shopping totes, and informing them of the day's exclusive promotions.
- Service Resolution: Assist at the customer service desk during rushes, processing simple returns and helping customers navigate the SHEIN mobile app.
- Vibe Management: Ensure the overall atmosphere is positive, maintaining clean common areas and offering a friendly smile to everyone you pass.
