Job Summary
We are seeking creative, detail-minded fashion enthusiasts to serve as Visual Merchandising Associates. In this role, you will execute visual standards, style mannequins, design window displays, and optimize product placement based on real-time sales trends and corporate visual directives.
Key Responsibilities
- Display Execution: Install seasonal window concepts, style mannequins according to brand guidelines, and maintain focal wall standards.
- Floor Layout Optimization: Adjust merchandise placements and rack configurations to improve traffic flow and emphasize key promotional items.
- Lighting & Prop Maintenance: Ensure all store signage, prop installations, and visual lighting setups remain pristine and fully operational.
- Trend Analysis: Collaborate with store management to identify high-performing aesthetics and adjust visual presentations accordingly.
