Job Summary
We are seeking meticulous, detail-oriented individuals to manage our hardgoods, beauty, and accessory fixtures. As a Shelf Stocker, you will ensure that smaller items are perfectly aligned, faced forward, and restocked continuously. You will manage the intricate visual standards of the SHEGLAM cosmetic counters and accessory bins.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Facing: Pull merchandise forward on shelves to create a full, flush appearance across all beauty and accessory fixtures.
- Small Item Restocking: Replenish fast-moving items like jewelry, sunglasses, phone cases, and makeup palettes from under-stock drawers.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Wipe down glass shelving, sanitize cosmetic testers, and ensure all displays are free of dust and debris.
- Planogram Compliance: Follow corporate visual layout maps (planograms) strictly to ensure products are grouped by color, brand, and category perfectly.
