Job Summary
We are seeking focused, highly accurate individuals to join our team as Checkout Associates. Your sole mission is to operate the POS terminals with maximum efficiency. You will process payments, fold garments beautifully into shopping bags, and ensure all security measures are taken care of, all while delivering a warm, professional farewell.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution: Scan barcodes, process multi-tender payments, and apply promotional discounts correctly at the register.
- Garment Care & Bagging: Fold apparel neatly and package purchases securely, providing a premium feel to the end of the shopping experience.
- Security Processing: Meticulously locate and remove all hard security tags from garments to prevent exit alarms and customer frustration.
- Station Upkeep: Keep your immediate checkout lane clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
- Digital Integration: Remind customers to scan their SHEIN app for points and email them digital receipts upon request.
