Job Summary

We are actively seeking patient, articulate, and deeply empathetic individuals to serve as Customer Service Associates. You will be the primary point of contact for returns, exchanges, policy inquiries, and issue resolution within the store. Your goal is to listen to the customer, apply corporate policies fairly, and ensure every guest leaves feeling respected and valued.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Handle complex customer inquiries, product complaints, and service escalations with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Returns & Exchanges: Accurately process refunds and merchandise exchanges through the POS system, ensuring returned items are inspected and sorted correctly.
• Policy Education: Clearly and warmly explain store return policies, promotional exclusions, and digital app functionalities to shoppers.
• Feedback Loop: Document recurring customer issues and report them to the management team to help improve overall store operations.
• De-escalation: Utilize trained techniques to calm frustrated shoppers and provide satisfactory solutions that protect the brand's reputation.

Requirements & Qualifications
