Job Summary
We are actively looking for high-energy individuals to take on the physically active role of Stocker. In this fast-paced position, you will be in constant motion, moving between the backroom and the sales floor. Your primary objective is to restock empty fixtures, replace sold merchandise, and ensure optimal sizing availability across all departments.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Continuous Replenishment: Monitor sales floor fixtures and immediately pull backup stock from the backroom to fill gaps in the merchandise presentation.
- Size Balancing: Ensure that every clothing rack contains a full size run (XS to XXL), adjusting hangers and organizing by color logic.
- Fixture Loading: Safely push rolling racks (Z-racks) loaded with new arrivals onto the floor and merchandise them quickly without disrupting the shopping experience.
- End-of-Day Recovery: Assist the closing team in executing a massive "store reset," returning misplaced items to their correct homes and folding apparel.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age with a High School diploma or GED.
- Extreme stamina; this role requires walking up to 5-7 miles per shift on the store floor.
