Job Summary
We are seeking highly autonomous, driven individuals to join our overnight stock team. As an Overnight Stocker, you will execute major floor resets, process massive truck deliveries, and ensure the store is perfectly restocked and immaculate before the morning team arrives.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Mass Freight Processing: Unload large overnight shipments, unboxing, sensoring, and hanging thousands of units rapidly to meet morning deadlines.
- Floor Resets: Move heavy fixtures and rolling racks to execute major department layouts and visual changes according to the corporate playbook.
- Deep Recovery: Ensure all store zones are perfectly recovered from the previous day's traffic. This includes deep-cleaning presentation elements and folding massive denim walls.
- Safety & Efficiency: Operate manual pallet jacks and rolling equipment safely within the closed store environment, breaking down cardboard boxes for recycling.
